I was born in Bulgaria close to the Black Sea and lived there for 19 years.

I studied at the Mathematical High School of Varna, Bulgaria.

In 2005, I decided to take the scenic way out and move to the US with a plan: form a solid basis for interdisciplinary projects, by studying computers, physics and math.

And so I packed my things.

Backoff. Had to learn English first.

And so I packed my things. I packed light then; here are some of the things I carry, now.

There are things I like other than networks:
- Mountains and climbing them: from rock to alpine grasslands, from big peaks to small boulders.
- Running: I find mid-distances (half-marathons) to be most enjoyable; when I try longer ones that may change.
- Swimming: in the sea or in pools. I have breaks from swimming now and then; when I come back it is like home.
- Music: the movement of fingers on a guitar is addictive.
- Animals: I like most of them and most of them seem to like me :-)
